Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free plan?
Yes. A club stays free while it has 30 or fewer billable people - that is trainees, members, coaches and staff added together. Parents are never counted, so a club of 25 trainees with 40 parents is still free. No credit card required. You only start paying once you pass 30.
What is the free club website?
Every club gets its own public website at an address on ours (for example aauclubmanager.com/yourclub), or on your own domain as an add-on. Show your groups, coaches, schedule and gallery, and take enquiries and sign-ups. It is included in every plan, including Free.
How does the smart attendance work?
We offer 4 methods: (1) QR Code - members scan their unique QR from phone, (2) Geolocation - GPS-verified check-ins when at venue, (3) Kiosk Mode - tablet as self-service station, (4) Admin Mark - staff manually marks attendance. Use any combination that suits your club!
What clubs can use this system?
Any club! Sports academies (badminton, swimming, football, martial arts), tuition centers, music schools, dance studios, hobby clubs, community groups, religious classes, and more. If you have members and sessions, we can help you manage them.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption for all data transfers, secure cloud hosting with daily automatic backups, and role-based access control. Your data is protected and only accessible by authorized users.
